PTSD Prevention 心的外傷後ストレス障害の予防
Since March 2013, The Taylor Anderson Memorial Fund and JISP (Japan IsraAID Support Program), with collaboration with Project Yui and Tokyo YMCA work in various communities in Ishinomaki City to provide workshops and leadership programs to empower the residents and youth of Ishinomaki. This project also acts to make it easier for local NPOs to collaborate with each other and broaden the impact of projects in Ishinomaki.
The project is supported worldwide, such as Global Giving, and Japan Disaster Relief Boston.
２０１３年３月以降、テイラー・アンダーソン記念基金とJISP (NGO イスラエイドの日本プロジェクト）はプロジェクト結と東京YMCAと共同して、石巻市の様々なコミュニティーで活動し地域の住民の皆さんと子供たちを支援するワークショップやリーダーシッププログラムを提供してきました。スマイル・トゥギャザー 石巻は、地域のNGO同士でより円滑に協力し合えるよう、そして石巻市でこうしたプロジェクトの影響力がより広まるよう日々努めています。
The community locations host stress relief activities for Temporary housing
residents as well as children and mothers group from Ishinomaki, conducted by local NGO's, Community leaders and JISP therapists and professional staff. Furthermore, these locations are used for training people to become effective therapists.
コミュニティーの所在地では、毎週、石巻の仮設住宅の住民の皆さんや母子グループのためのストレス改善アクティビティが地域のNGO・コミュニティーリーダー・JISPのセラピストによって開催されています。さらに、これらのロケーションは有能なセラピスト育成トレーニングの場としても使われています。
Voices of Tohoku is a unique program aimed to produce an oral and visual history of interviews that commemorates and honors the memory of the communities that experienced the disaster.
Each location will be used for conducting training for interviewers, filming interviews, and also as an exhibit gallery where the video archive will be displayed to visitors.
"Voices of Tohoku - 東北の声"とは、震災を経験したコミュニティーの記憶に対し哀悼の意と敬意を表する取材インタビューの口述的・視覚的記録を製作することを目的とした特徴的なプログラムです。各所在地はインタビューを行うトレーニング会場、撮影所、また、訪れた方々のためにビデオアーカイブを展示するギャラリーとしても使われています。
We offered services in Ishinomaki at two Project Yui nurseries, temporary housing and the NPO Support Center. In addition, we worked with Team Ohkan, Ishinomaki City Hall and Big Up Ishinomaki.
Services are also planned to expand to Kindergartens and after school care centers.
The Youth Leadership program provides professional leadership training and education programs to empower young individuals and promote economic rehabilitation in their local communities.
These training sessions will beheld at the community locations, and the locations can also be used as a hub for business collaborations, exchanging of ideas, and a place that will gather people for discussion.
"Youth Leadership"は若者に意欲と自信、また彼らのコミュニティーにおける経済的復興を促進させるために必要なプロのリーダーシップトレーニングと教育プログラムを提供しています。トレーニングセッションはコミュニティー所在地で催され、これらの開催会場は協同事業、意見交換、そしてディスカッションなどの集会拠点としても活用されています。

A "Smile Together Ishinomaki" Barbeque was held at a Temporary Housing complex in Ishinomaki on October 27, 2013:
２０１３年１０月２７日、スマイル・トゥギャザー石巻のバーベキュー会が石巻集合仮設住宅地で行われました:
"It went really well, about 2000 people came and celebrated Japan IsraAID Support Program and Tokyo Hilton's BBQ!
大盛況でした。約２０００人の方がいらしてJapan IsraAID Support Programと東京ヒルトン合同のバーベキュー会を盛り上げてくださいました。
It was a beautiful sunny day in Ishinomaki and the local residents were really happy and excited.
美しい快晴の日で、石巻の住民の皆様も大変喜び楽しんでくださいました。
Many local people told me they really appreciate our support, and have strong hopes for a better future. It was a great opportunity for them to release their stress..( and enjoy great burgers)."
たくさんの地元の方々が私たちの支援に対し感謝の言葉をかけてくださり、より明るい未来への強い希望を持っていらっしゃいます。ストレス解消し、美味しいバーガーも楽しめて、とても良い機会になったと思います。
